• What services do you offer?

  We provide full-service estate sale management. This includes organizing, pricing, staging, marketing, and running the sale from start to finish with care and professionalism.

  We also offer estate buy-outs for clients who prefer a quicker, hassle-free option. In these cases, we can purchase select items or the entire contents directly.

• What are the rates of your services?

  Our standard rate is 35% of the gross sales. Adjustments may apply for smaller estates or when extensive pre- and post-sale cleaning is required. All fees and commissions are clearly outlined in the contract before we begin.

• Do you require any upfront payment?

  No. All expenses are covered from the gross revenue generated by the sale and are deducted at the end once funds are distributed.

• Can we live in the home while you do the sale?

  For the best results and a smooth process, the home should be vacant during the sale and the weeks leading up to it. We kindly ask that any items you wish to keep be removed prior to our arrival.

• What items do you supply at a sale?

  We provide everything needed for a professional sale, including display tables, tablecloths, canopies, signage, and a secure point-of-sale (POS) system for easy payment processing.

• Is Noble Path Estate Sales insured?

  Yes. We are fully insured. We're happy to provide a certificate of insurance at any time for your peace of mind.

• Will I be signing a contract?

  Yes. We use a clear, concise agreement that outlines the items included in the sale, sale dates, commission rate, and expectations for both parties. This helps ensure everything is understood upfront.

• How far in advance should we book your services?

  The sooner, the better. Availability fills up quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred dates.
